Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances and deodorizer products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:
Order number
Photos or video of the product and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect orders.
